Samsung introduced premium 4K UST projectors for home theater
Samsung has announced the release of 2 new ultra-short throw projector models as part of its Premiere lineup. The new models - Premiere 9 and Premiere 7 - promise to turn any living space into a center of modern entertainment with incredible picture and sound quality.
The Premiere 9 features triple laser technology that delivers up to 3,450 ISO lumens. The projector is capable of delivering 4K UHD images on a screen up to 130 inches diagonal, while being placed only 23 cm from the wall. It supports DCI-P3 color gamut at 154% and HDR10+ and HLG content. Sound is reproduced through a built-in 40W Dolby Atmos speaker system.
The Premiere 7 uses a single laser light source with 2500 lumens ISO brightness and can project an image up to 120 inches in size. This projector also supports HDR10+/HLG and offers 100% DCI-P3 color reproduction, while sound is played through 30-watt speakers.
Both models have also received artificial intelligence technology for image enhancement and run on Samsung's Tizen OS Home edition platform, providing access to popular streaming services. In addition, the projectors offer a cloud-based Gaming Hub for console-free gaming and have multiple ports for connecting multimedia devices.
Premiere 9 is available for $5,999.99 (about 549,000 rubles) and Premiere 7 is available for $2,999.99
