1. GENERAL PRINCIPLES
This AUP sets out the content standards that apply when you upload content to our platform, communicate with other users, or interact with our site. This policy is an integral part of our Terms of Service.
2. PROHIBITED CONTENT (ILLEGAL HARMS)
We enforce a zero-tolerance policy for content that promotes or depicts illegal acts. You must not post content that:
Child Safety: Depicts Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or grooming behavior. We will report such content immediately to the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF) and the National Crime Agency (NCA).
Terrorism: Promotes terrorism or encourages violent extremism.
Fraud: Facilitates fraud, money laundering, or the sale of illegal goods (drugs, weapons).
Safety: Encourages suicide, self-harm, or eating disorders.
3. HARMFUL CONTENT (COMMUNITY STANDARDS)
To foster a constructive innovation community, we prohibit:
Hate Speech: Content that attacks individuals based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, or sexual orientation.
Harassment: Bullying, doxxing (revealing private info), or targeted abuse.
Misinformation: Disseminating demonstrably false information intended to cause public harm.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
You strictly refrain from uploading content that infringes third-party copyright, trademarks, or trade secrets. This includes unauthorized sharing of academic papers, proprietary technology schematics, or software code.
5. ENFORCEMENT AND SANCTIONS
If you breach this AUP, we may take the following actions:
Immediate, temporary, or permanent withdrawal of your right to use the Services.Immediate removal of the offending content.Legal proceedings against you for reimbursement of all costs on an indemnity basis.Disclosure of information to law enforcement authorities as we reasonably feel is necessary or as required by law.
6. REPORTING AND APPEALS (ONLINE SAFETY ACT COMPLIANCE)
Reporting: Use the "Flag" feature on any post or email safety@archtown.org to report violations.
Appeals: If your content is removed, you will be notified. You have the right to appeal this decision within 14 days by contacting us. We will review the decision impartially.
