According to the Public Investment Fund of the Saudi government, Mukaab is expected to reach 400 meters in height. It will also be as long and wide as 20 Empire State Buildings can fit inside it. The exterior of the building will be inspired by traditional Islamic architecture.
Inside, there will be a holographic system that can reproduce various landscapes. The available space in Mukaab's interior is estimated to be two million square meters. Additionally, a twisting tower will be located at the center of the structure.
