GoPro turns into a movie camera with new ActionBox Cine body
The ActionBox Cine case for GoPro Hero action cameras is designed by Seattle-based videographer Ulysses Glanzrock. It's compatible with the GoPro Hero 9, 10, 11 and 12 models, and versions for the Insta360 Ace Pro and DJI Osmo 3 and 4 are also in the works.
Features of the housing include a circular polarizing filter that can be adjusted via a side wheel, as well as 3 square neutral density lenses that are easy to install and remove thanks to magnets. All lenses are protected by Gorilla Glass and stored in a hard case.
The body can adjust the lens hood, and has quick release filters and drop protection for the camera. It is made of nylon polymer and stainless steel parts. The device weighs 112g and measures 94×84mm. It also has a mount for accessories such as microphones and lights and has a tripod hole.
