Engineers at the University of Illinois have assembled an unusual robot in the shape of a wheel with legs.

It uses its legs to keep its balance, and if it falls down anyway, it will use them to lift itself up.As the guys say, in theory it could be used in delivery services: it is fast, maneuverable and inexpensive.

But seriously, in the first place it was created for something else – to help paralyzed or partially immobile people.
