A Swiss engineer has presented an innovative SmartEnergy device. According to the authors of the project, it can reduce electricity bills by 92%. The compact box can be easily plugged into any electrical outlet, which makes it available to residents of apartments, houses and even motor homes. Once connected, SmartEnergy automatically detects electrical appliances and analyzes their consumption. This process takes less than an hour. After that, an algorithm inside the device optimizes current distribution to all appliances, minimizing energy loss. According to the device's test results, it has been able to reduce electricity bills from 82% to 91%, depending on the conditions.
