Chamber Stays has announced the opening of OutpostX, a unique glamping experience in southern Utah. It promises to be an ideal place for Star Wars fans and nature lovers.
The complex is built in the middle of the desert and creates an illusion of being on the planet Tatooine from the famous saga. The buildings look like primitive huts and caves. To meet all the needs of guests related to electricity, solar panels are provided, and water supply is organized with the help of artesian wells. An autonomous sewage system with innovative equipment has been installed to collect, process and utilize wastewater.
The complex covers an area of 0.97 square kilometers. OutpostX is located next to 7 national parks and offers its guests the opportunity to immerse themselves in the beauty of the southern desert, reminiscent of the lunar landscape. In summer the glamping area looks like a cracked bottom of a dried up lake, and in winter it turns into a frozen water surface with marble patterns.
The biggest adventure is expected to be the “fleet of sand cruisers” provided for visitors to navigate the glamping site's vast grounds. It is the epitome of an authentic landspeeder from Star Wars.
