Node.vc Closes €71M Fund to Support Early-Stage Nordic Startups
Stockholm-based venture capital firm node.vc has secured €71 million to invest in early-stage startups across the Nordic region. The fund will focus on sectors like AI, gaming, fintech, and climate tech, with initial investments ranging from €1 to €2 million per company, and the potential to rise to €10 million over time.
Node.vc aims to build a portfolio of 22-26 companies and has already backed three startups: Lemonado (a no-code platform), Starhive (a data management platform), and Roro (a creative play studio). The firm prides itself on a "founder-first" approach, providing hands-on support in areas like fundraising, recruitment, and product strategy.
Despite the current cautious investment environment, node.vc has attracted significant backing from institutions like Saminvest and several prominent Nordic entrepreneurs.
