A newcomer to the world of electric off-road boards, Gorilla from Israeli company TLTBoard is the result of the engineering expertise of former F-16 pilot Eyal Aloni.
The board's main feature is a single rear wheel and two swiveling stabilizing supports at the front. This design ensures stability at low speeds and freedom of movement when accelerating.
Gorilla is controlled by a handheld controller with brake and throttle levers. While riding, you need to stand sideways, shifting your body weight to lift the front wheels off the ground and ride over bumps, relying only on the powerful rear wheel. Thanks to its 1,000-watt motor and chain drive, the board can accelerate to 72 km/h, and a built-in limiter prevents excessive backward tilt. The rear wheel has a diameter of 16 inches, which improves cross-country ability on difficult terrain. At the same time, a single battery charge provides up to 29 km of travel, depending on the terrain. The entire stainless steel structure weighs about 32 kg.
You can buy Gorilla on the brand's website for $2,500
