Golden House is characterized by unique design and high technology
The new project “Golden House” was created by the Estonian startup ÖÖD. It is a rectangular structure lined with shimmering golden glass.
The house is 7.9 meters long and 3.3 meters wide, with a total area of 26.3 square meters. Most of the interior space is dedicated to a multi-purpose room filled with natural light. The interior includes premium elements such as underfloor heating, oak paneling and golden decorative accents.
The structure gets its electricity from the standard motorhome power grid, with the option to upgrade to install a stand-alone system, including solar panels. According to the developers, the mirror coating provides complete privacy for the owners.
The cost of one Golden House is $250,000. A total of 79 such structures are planned to be produced: 30 of them will be sold in Europe and the United States, the rest are intended for the Middle East and other countries.

Jiangsu Province. Wang Xiang scenic district
Just a couple of decades ago, Wangxian Village was unknown to anyone. It was a tiny settlement at the top of a mountain, and its few inhabitants lived in poverty, engaged in tea cultivation.
But then, the local authorities decided to turn the village into a tourist attraction, as it was fashionable in China to create "historical monuments" that show how people lived in ancient times.
