The new project “Golden House” was created by the Estonian startup ÖÖD. It is a rectangular structure lined with shimmering golden glass. The house is 7.9 meters long and 3.3 meters wide, with a total area of 26.3 square meters. Most of the interior space is dedicated to a multi-purpose room filled with natural light. The interior includes premium elements such as underfloor heating, oak paneling and golden decorative accents. The structure gets its electricity from the standard motorhome power grid, with the option to upgrade to install a stand-alone system, including solar panels. According to the developers, the mirror coating provides complete privacy for the owners. The cost of one Golden House is $250,000. A total of 79 such structures are planned to be produced: 30 of them will be sold in Europe and the United States, the rest are intended for the Middle East and other countries.
