Xpeng Huitian, the largest flying car company in Asia, received $150m funding
The funds received in financing round B will be utilized for the large-scale production and commercial launch of air vehicles. A manufacturing facility of the company will be established in Guangzhou, where the land-based aircraft carrier flying module will be manufactured. Pre-orders are scheduled to commence at the end of 2024.
The electric vertical take-off and landing (evtol) flight module will feature a panoramic dual cabin with 270 degrees of visibility. The vehicle module will be equipped with triple axles and 6x6 all-wheel drive, and will be capable of carrying 4-5 individuals.
