Construction of the world's first skyscraper powered by pure hydrogen will begin in Egypt. The building will be named Forbes International Tower. It is planned that the building will have 50 floors and will require an investment of $1,000,000,000. The skyscraper will be equipped with modern cybersecurity systems, fast VIP elevators and a helipad on the roof. The main feature of the building will be zero carbon emissions: it will operate on pure hydrogen, which is stored in liquid form. Solar panels will be built into the facade, providing about a quarter of the energy consumed. This will reduce environmental impact and increase residents' independence from the local power grid. The world's first hydrogen skyscraper is expected to be completed by 2030.
