The Chinese want to build a giant catapult on the moon
It will throw capsules with helium-3 produced on the satellite to the Earth.
According to the idea, the installation will work from atomic and solar energy, spinning the cargoes to a speed of 2.4 km/h and putting them into orbit on a flight path to our planet.
The project is estimated at $18.2 billion, but there is no exact construction date yet
