The project is being developed by Alibaba (owner of AliExpress) together with local startup Space Epoch. In theory, the rocket will be able to take up to 10 tons of cargo and fly to any point in the world in an hour.
They say it is technically feasible, but it will be difficult to realize the idea in the near future: at least not every country will agree to host a rocket from China.
