Retimer 3 device promises to improve sleep quality in just 45 minutes a day
Re-Time from Australia has unveiled Retimer 3, a device that promises to fix the sleep cycle with light therapy. It was developed in collaboration with researchers at Flinders University.
Retimer 3 emits a blue-green light that helps regulate the body's biological clock and the production of melatonin, the hormone responsible for sleepiness. The device is recommended to be worn for just 45-60 minutes a day to restore the circadian cycle and improve sleep quality.
The Retimer 3 can be controlled via a mobile app. It allows you to set sleep schedules, create light therapy treatments and track progress. The device also integrates with Apple Health and Android Health Connect platforms.
The Retimer 3 is available for pre-order on kickstarter for $129. International shipping will begin in October 2024.
