Designed by the architecture firm Koichi Takada Architects, this building features extensive greenery with a proposed 827 trees and 27,000 plants. The aim is to create a lush and eco-friendly environment for residents. This emphasis on sustainability aligns with Brisbane's growth and its role as a future host city for the Olympics in 2032. Aria development director Michael Hurley describes the project as a model for sustainable urban living and hopes to place Brisbane on the global stage along with cities like Singapore.
