Mosquito-repellent billboards installed in Bangkok
Unique billboards designed by the Kayari insect repellent brand have appeared in Thailand. The new advertising structures use 3 methods to repel mosquitoes at once.
The first method is a bright yellow color, which, according to research, effectively repels insects. Secondly, the billboards emit sound at a frequency of 15 kHz, which also helps to deter bloodsuckers. Finally, they spray pyrethrum extract, a natural concentrate that destroys flying insects.
The billboards were installed in places with large crowds of people, including public transportation stops. Judging by the feedback from local residents, they liked this creative initiative.
