HOVERAir announced the release of the world's first 8K flying action camera - the HOVERAir X1 PRO and X1 PRO MAX models. The device fits in a pocket and does not require a remote control. The X1 PRO features a 17mm wide-angle lens with a 104-degree field of view and supports 1080p video recording at 120fps. The PRO MAX model offers improved resolution at 8K and slow motion at 4K at 120fps, as well as an optional collision detection sensor. Both models are equipped with a 2-axis stabilizer with electronic image stabilization (EIS) and horizon leveling (HL). The cameras are capable of flying over different landscapes thanks to the Omni system. The camera can reach speeds of up to 60 km/h. In addition, it works in minus temperatures. The device is controlled by voice commands and has an optional beacon with Wi-Fi 6 support. The range of video transmission from it is up to 1 km. The devices have 64 GB of built-in storage, which can be expanded up to 1 TB via an SD card slot. Both models work in conjunction with the HOVERAir X1 app, which allows you to customize flight modes, upload and share content, as well as launch manual controls and install firmware updates. The new products are priced at $499. The camera can also be accompanied by a stylish leather carrying case and an innovative PowerCase that holds the device and 2 additional batteries.
