A winery airport will be built in Florence – its entire roof will be occupied by a real vineyard

According to the authors of the project, this is a tribute to local traditions. For growing berries, 38 rows of 7.6 hectares will be equipped – the wine from them is going to be aged in cellars right under the terminal.

If everything goes according to plan, the construction will be completed by 2026.
