Duovox has announced a night vision monocular with full color
Duovox has announced the new Ultra Pro night vision monocular. It promises to reveal dark secrets in “true full color.”
The device is a 1/1.79-inch CMOS sensor with 3.75 x 3.75 µm pixels, which is paired with an F/0.8 glass lens. Duovox uses proprietary “full color printing technology” that delivers a claimed 99.99% color accuracy, as well as crisp images in motion.
The monocular is capable of live video streaming over Wi-Fi and capturing 1080p resolution footage in light levels as low as 0.0001 lux. It also features 10x optical focus and 10x digital zoom. It comes with a tripod mount and a powerful 6000 mAh lithium-polymer battery.
Along with the monocular, a Duovox Vision camera module for smartphones has been released, providing a night vision range of up to 100 meters. Both devices are currently featured on Indiegogo with starting prices starting at $99. The expected shipping date is December 2024
