Pudu Robotics has announced its new robot, the FlashBot Arm. It is designed for autonomous delivery of objects.

FlashBot Arm has arms with 11 degrees of freedom. This allows it to perform a variety of tasks such as picking up and carrying objects, pushing buttons in elevators, and reading key cards to access restricted areas. With integrated artificial intelligence-based language models, a microphone and speaker, the robot is able to engage in basic dialog with users and understand verbal commands. The robot's touch screen displays various emotions.

FlashBot Arm is capable of overcoming obstacles. Its compartment for carrying objects is closed, allowing it to keep its hands free while moving. The weight of the device is 15 kg, and one battery charge is enough for 8 hours of work, provided that the robot does not carry heavy loads.

One of the main applications of the FlashBot Arm will be delivering goods to guests in hotels. However, Pudu Robotics also envisions the robot being used in office buildings, restaurants, retail spaces and medical facilities. The cost of the robot has not yet been disclosed
