ChatGPT helps BBVA bank employees save more than 2 work hours per week
- BBVA Bank became one of the largest clients of OpenAI
- The Madrid-based bank bought 3,000 corp. licenses in March
- The deal caused an “explosion of creativity” within the bank
- 2.9+ thousand projects were created using ChatGPT
- It is used by legal, finance, HR, marketing, etc.
- Employees report that productivity has increased
