British company Roto VR announced a new Explorer chair, created specifically for use with VR-headsets. This device outwardly resembles a classic office chair, but inside it is equipped with a motion synchronization system. The gamer's chair automatically unwinds and rotates during the game. One of the key features of Roto VR Explorer is a unique backrest equipped with haptic feedback elements. This feature greatly enhances immersion in the virtual environment, providing a more realistic experience during gaming and other VR activities. The chair is compatible with the Oculus Quest headset and supports more than 400 games. In the future, the company plans to release additional modular accessories adapted for different game genres. The Roto VR Explorer will be priced at $799. The first deliveries are expected in October 2024.
