Norway has created robotic storekeepers that ride on segways and can work in post offices or marketplace warehouses

They perform their tasks fully autonomously, and in the future they will be able to help with household chores, such as cleaning.

The guys have already assembled a whole mini-army and are ready to sell it to companies – the price is discussed individually.

Cyberpunk is closer: BMW has “hired” humanoid robots

The robots can lift up to 20 kilograms and work for about five hours on a single charge, and they were developed by the startup Figure.Humanoids will be sent to the body shop, but for what tasks, they do not say yet. Based on the video, at least they can make coffee for the workers!

Engineers at the University of Illinois have assembled an unusual robot in the shape of a wheel with legs.

It uses its legs to keep its balance, and if it falls down anyway, it will use them to lift itself up.As the guys say, in theory it could be used in delivery services: it is fast, maneuverable and inexpensive.
