- The company's total valuation was about $4.21 billion
- In the IPO, it sold 7.7 million of its shares at $15.5/pc.
- The sale was at the low end of the $15.5-18.5 range
- At the same time, the company conducted a private placement
- WeRide was able to raise another $320.5 million.
- WeRide is testing the technology on the roads of 30 cities.
- Among them are unmanned cabs, buses, vans and others.
